Our engineering team is focused to deliver the product to quality and performance standards. The goal is to maintain the quality of our parts to our customers in a systematic manner. Our facility runs precision CNC machining, thixomolding, and die-casting lines under one roof in Shenzhen. Integrated metrology and in-process inspection keep tolerances tight across magnesium, titanium, and carbon-fiber parts — validating quality digitally before, during, and after every production run.
Supporting Service
LICHT has developed a 90-day logistics program to get your product from our warehouse to your distribution network faster. We have simplified our supply chain by integrating multiple warehouse systems across our manufacturing facilities — eliminating delays and enabling just-in-time delivery.
To protect our customers against unexpected demand spikes, LICHT maintains dedicated safety stock buffers for high-runner SKUs and long-lead materials. Our inventory management team monitors stock levels in real time and triggers replenishment automatically — so your production line never waits on us.
